Ana Luque published a book called ”Yogurt Diet” where she explains in details the benefits of following a diet based on yogurt.
This diet can help you lose up to 3 pounds. Consuming probiotic yogurt boosts your digestion and improves the health of the intestinal cells. Foods which contain probiotics help you stay healthy and feel better.
Maintaining your digestive system healthy is very important to the body’s overall health. The intestinal flora is the complex community of microorganisms that have an important role in protecting the body from infections. Good gut bacteria are very important for our digestive health, while others can be harmful and cause microbial imbalance.
Stress, severe illness, use of antibiotics, and poor diet are also one of the factors which contribute to intestinal flora imbalance. So, include yogurt in your daily diet to prevent digestive problems.
What’s important for the ”Yogurt diet” is that you can eat fresh fruit and meat, but you shouldn’t consume sweetened yogurts.
Breakfast: Fruit or plain low-fat yogurt with cereal.
Lunch: Vegetable stew cooked in olive oil. Add rice. You can add salt and pepper.
Dessert: Fruit yogurt.
Dinner: Eat a salad with carrots and drink a low-fat yogurt.

Lunch: Eat hake fillet. As a side dish take salad, yogurt, and cucumber. You can also add mustard to enhance its taste.
Dinner: Mix pasta (100 grams), a few chopped peppers, one boiled egg, and yogurt.
Note: You can’t do the diet for more than 3 days, because your body needs extra vitamins, minerals, and fiber from other nutritious foods as well. Get back to a normal, balanced diet, and then you can repeat this diet after a while.
