  • lemon juice

Baking soda and apple cider vinegar 

  • Half a teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda

Baking soda and fruits 

  • 1 cup strawberries 
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint leaves 
  • 2 lemons (squeezed)
  • 2 cups water 
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda 

Preparation method 

Put these ingredients in a blender. Blend them well. Drink this mixture twice a day.
