If you are using inhalers by GlaxoSmithKline, you have already probably heard the news. The ones that are not familiar with it, should know that these inhalers come with a defect.
The FDA issued a statement in which they stated that GSK recalled a large amount of their inhalers. We’re talking about approximately 600,000 asthma inhalers. The inhalers were withdrawn because they had a defective delivery system. The company recalled their product voluntarily.
This defect is not dangerous for the consumers, but they can return it anyway. GSK stated that they don’t expect this issue to have an impact on the supply of Ventolin HFA 200D inhaler. The defective model is Ventolin HFA inhaler.
The company and their statement
