Organic food is expensive, but health care is priceless. So, before consuming fruits or vegetables, you should clean and wash them thoroughly.
All you have to do is mix one part vinegar and 3 parts white vinegar into a spray bottle. Then, spray the mixture on your vegetable and fruit. Rub them with a comb. Then, wash them with water.
Scientific studies have proven shown that these chemicals can cause many diseases. So, make sure you regularly wash your fruits and vegetables in this way.
