Try This Simple Way to Eliminate Pesticides From the Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables should be part of our daily diet to maintain optimum health.

However, many people are not aware of the fact that fruits and vegetables are usually covered with pesticides. The Department of Agriculture of USA stated that 65% of the specimens that were tested were found positive for pesticides.

All you have to do is mix one part vinegar and 3 parts white vinegar into a spray bottle. Then, spray the mixture on your vegetable and fruit. Rub them with a comb. Then, wash them with water.

Scientific studies have proven shown that these chemicals can cause many diseases. So, make sure you regularly wash your fruits and vegetables in this way.
