Top 3 Exercises For Abs


Summer time is going to come pretty soon again.

But this year is different than the last one, right? You can go to the beach and shamelessly take of your clothes and look fit in your new bathing suit. Everyone will be jealous watching at your hot, masculine body, asking themselves how did you do it? Was it too hard to define your six pack? Or was it easy? And you’ll walk proudly among all those people, watching them in their eyes and showing them compassion.

Well, you know how they feel, don’t you? You looked just like them before starting to use those top 3 six pack workout exercises that made you look like a movie star. Please, share them with us! Ok, lets go!

  1. Hanging leg raises- (ab equipment you need for this exercise is a straight bar)- Hang from a straight bar and simply raise your legs as higher as you can. If you are a beginner raise your legs just to hip level which would illustrate a 90 degree angle. If this is too hard, just raise your knees instead of straight legs. Recommended- 3 sets with up to 20 repetitions.
  2. Incline bench sit- ups- (ab equipment you need for this exercise is a bench)- Sit on the bench and hook your feet under the roller pads. Place your hands behind your neck and start to inhale and incline your torso, and exhale and complete your movement. You can also twist your torso to each side which will give you even better abs definition. Recommend- 3 sets with up to 20 repetitions.
  3. Crunches- (ab equipment you need for this exercise is…nothing at all)- Lie on your back and place your hands behind your head. Flex your hips and knees to a 90 degrees angle. Start lifting your shoulders off the floor, moving your knees closer to your head. Recommended- 3 sets with up to 15 repetitions.

As you can see, you don’t need much equipment to make your six packs awesome!
