Shigeaki Hinohara is a 104-year old Japanese doctor, and he gives advice how to live 100 years and enjoy every single year of your life.

He is the oldest Japanese clinician and educator and he was born in 1911. He also wrote 150 books, including the best-seller “Living long, Living good”, and he is the founder of the New Elderly Movement.
