This super-wrap made from honey and cabbage will treat your bronchitis and chronic cough problems

Dry coughs are extremely difficult to treat, even if you take the best medications available to modern medicine.

But luckily, there is an effective natural remedy that can help you treat this problem. This home remedy is made of honey and cabbage leaves. This treatment has no age restrictions, which means that it is just as effective for kids as it is for adults.

In order to prepare this natural remedy, you will need some honey and a single cabbage.

You first need to peel off the leaves from the cabbage and put them in a boiling water for a couple of minutes. The water will make them soft and warm. Then, rub some honey on one side of the leave and place the leaves, honey side down, across your chests.

Then take a nylon wrap and secure the leaves on the chest. You can even wrap a towel or a scarf on top of everything just to make sure that the leaves are well in place. You need to do this before you go to bed.

If your cough is severe, you need to wrap two sheets of cabbage, one on your back and another one on your chest. Remove the wrappings in the morning, after you wake up.

After removing the wraps, you need to take a damp cloth to clean your skin. This way, you will make sure that there is no residue left on your body.

If you are suffering from bronchitis that is still in its early stages, you will be able to see the positive results after the very first treatment. You need to do this treatment for 5 to 7 nights. After this time, your problem with the chronic cough should be gone.

This remedy is very effective because of the fact that there are active ingredients in the cabbage and the honey. When those active ingredients mix with the heat, they can effectively eliminate the cough and can reduce the inflammatory process that is responsible for it.

You can also substitute honey with warm castor oil during your treatment.
