Sleeping is one of the most important things that we do in life. By getting the right amount of sleep, we feel much better and we stay in a better overall health.

There are many people that don’t know this, but sleeping naked is very beneficial and it will help you have a deeper and better sleep.

Benefits of sleeping naked:

  1. You will look younger

According to a study that was conducted in 2012, when your body gets a deeper sleep, it is able to better restore itself, which can improve the athletic function. Getting a deeper sleep is achieved by maintaining a temperature between 60 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Removing your clothes is an effective way to achieve this temperature.

Having a full body, skin-to-skin contact can increase the physical and emotional intimacy between couples, which can lead to happier relationships. What is more, skin to skin contact by sleeping naked will increase the release of oxytocin, which is also known as the love hormone. This hormone will increase the sexual responsiveness and intensifies orgasms.

Stress can cause body fat. If you want to reduce the levels of stress, it is very important to have a good night’s sleep.

The stress hormone – cortisol, is at its lowest between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., but if your body cannot get a good night’s rest because for an example your clothes are making you too hot, it will cause you to be more anxious and stressed during the following morning.

Get rid of the clothes, get a better sleep, in order to be more relaxed during the day, and lose weight.

Nicole Prause is an associate research scientist at the University of California, and she told Medical Daily, that sleeping naked can help women ventilate their bodies, thus reducing the risk of vaginal bacteria that can later cause some infections.

When it comes to guys, sleeping naked can protect the quality of their sperm, because of the reduced temperatures, and increased airflow.

  1. It is easier to get your day started

Knowing that you need to change your pajamas, then fold them and put them away, it is like knowing that you need to do one more thing on top of everything that you need to do that day.
