Cavities is a common dental problem both among young people and adults.

According to the American Association a tooth decay occurs when you consume high carbohydrate foods. These foods are left constantly on the teeth. Bacteria in your mouth use the carbohydrates to produce an acid which leads to cavities. Over time, this acid damages your tooth enamel. Teeth contain passages which push nutrients to the surface of the enamel. However, if you consume unhealthy foods, it occurs the opposite effect and then those passages pull in toxins into the teeth. Eat nutritious foods and drink raw dairy

Avoid foods which contain phytic acid

Reduce sugar intake 

A high-sugar diet combined with poor oral hygiene is the worst thing you can do for your teeth, because it can lead to many dental complications. Consume raw honey and maple syrup in place of sugar to prevent cavity formation.
