Remove Every Poison from the Body in Just 2 Days with a Detox Plan for the Weekend

If you are feeling tired for no obvious reason, and you feel like you do not have enough energy, it is time for a detox treatment.

The regular detoxification of the body is of vital importance to your overall health, because if you don’t do this regularly, you will be susceptible to viruses, flu and infections.

In today’s article we are going to talk about a detox plan that will optimize the function of your intestines, lungs, liver, lymph and kidneys. It is best to do it twice every twelve months, for 10 days. That will bring you the full benefits of the detox plan.

You also need to be physically active by taking a morning walks, jogging or swimming. Do not forget to drink plenty of water and tea. Nettle, birch and dandelion tea are definitely some of the alternatives that you should try.

Detox plan

You need to drink 250 ml. of warm water just when you wake up. This is considered to be the base of the regimen.

Day one

Breakfast: One cup of oat flakes and one tbsp. of flax seeds, 250 ml of warm water, half a cup of fresh blueberries, 250 ml of Greek yogurt and 200 ml. of almond milk or low-fat yogurt.

Lunch: 250 ml. of water, grill hake (250g) extra virgin olive oil, one roasted potato and a Swiss chard, two cups of salad (arugula, tomato, green), one small banana and one slice of lemon.

Snack: 250 ml. water, ¼ of a cup of pumpkin seeds, one apple and 180ml. of yogurt.

Dinner: Two cups of salad (dress with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice), half a cup of steam-cooked vegetables (broccoli and spinach), green smoothie (banana, apple, spinach and celery), anise tea or 250 ml. water.

Day two

Breakfast: 200ml. of almond milk or low-fat yogurt, one cup of oat flakes, one tbsp. of flax seeds, one pear and green tea.

Snack: grapefruit

Lunch: 250 ml. of warm water, 150g of pickles, grilled chicken (200 grams) and vegetable soup (beans, potato, celery, carrot, onion, pepper)

Dinner: green smoothie (banana, kale, berries, cucumber and almonds) carrots dressed with freshly squeezed lemon juice, beets and nettle tea.

You will need to repeat the same thing for the next three days. Also, the following juice can be a great addition to this plan:

  • An apple
  • One inch ginger root
  • One carrot
  • One lemon
  • 200 ml. of water

Blend all the ingredients together and you are done. Drink this juice every day.
