How to recognize the real cause of your pain?


Pain is actually the way in which the body protects itself. It has the purpose to increase your awareness and to tell you that something is wrong.

This means that you need to identify the tissue or the organ, from which the pain comes from, and then do something in order to prevent it. When the cause of the problem is solved, your body will then stop sending protecting signals, which will, in turn, stop the pain.

  1. Heart

2. Small intestine

 

Small intestine issues can cause pain in the navel region. If this pain continues, and it results in discomfort when you are bending or strolling, it means that you need to visit your physician as soon as possible.

3. Large intestine

Large intestine issues are most of the time related to inflammation in the lower abdomen area, nearer to the right side of the body. There are other symptoms that include constipation and digestive issues.

4. Kidneys

 

Pain in the kidneys is often time confused with a pain in the lower back or the back. When the kidneys ache, it is usually a deep pain under your ribs, while there is a lower muscle strain. The kidney pain can be felt when you are spreading your legs as well.

5. Appendix

The appendix is located in the lower right area of the abdomens and it is a vestigial organ. Appendix pain can affect the separate parts of the entire stomach area. There can also be a strain that travels to your right thigh. Other symptoms that indicate an appendix issues are fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea.
