HERE is The Reason we are FAT! Find out HOW you can FIX it!

Sadly, all of us staying in a toxic environment, being constantly exposed to chemical-laden foods. Therefore, toxicity is nearly impossible to avoid, which implies that our digestion system and liver can quickly become overloaded. We are all designed to continuously and naturally remove toxins from the body.

Toxins are divided into two groups: water-soluble and fat-soluble. Water-soluble toxins are easily flushed out of the body via the blood and kidneys. Fat Soluble Toxins are challenging to be removed and they can be completely removed only when they become water soluble. Some of the toxins are:

– Pesticides

– Heavy metals

– Plastics

– Food additives

– Pollutants

– Various environmental compounds

The liver creates bile, a greenish-yellow fluid that is stored in the gallbladder. It is essential for digesting body fats and for eliminating worn-out red blood cells and specific toxins from your body.

During digestion, the gut becomes selectively absorptive so the lymphatic system may pick up absorbed fats and carry them to the liver. Good fats then get turned into cholesterol, cell membranes, hormones, brain cells and skin cells.

Bad fats are handled and marked for removal through bile, that is absorbed by insoluble fiber and leaves the body as fecal matter or typically known as poop.

This is the reason why eating diet high in dietary fiber is so essential.

The Gut Associated Lymphatic Tissue, or GALT, is the first part of the lymphatic system which borders the digestive tract. This is when lacteals cause the absorption and making of both toxic and dietary body fats. It is crucial for that part to have effectively working villi and lacteals. Then the lymphatic system gets the absorbed fats to the liver. The excellent fats are used by the liver for the production of:

– Cholesterol

– Hormonal agents

– Cell membranes

– Skin

– Brain cells

– As soon as processed, our liver will mark them for elimination.

Just in case of a blockage in the lymphatic system, there is a serious influence on the procedure of usage of great fats and elimination of bad fats. There are numerous signs and symptoms which suggest crowded GALT which is harming the lymphatic system:

– Bloating

– Swelling in breast; breast inflammation in menstrual cycle

– Skin irritation/itching

– Hypersensitive

– Removal problems

– Additional weight around the belly

– Tightness in the joints

– Swelling in hands/feet

– Irregular headaches

Stress and bad diet can affect our digestive villi, which can affect the efficiency of our bowels. Extended irregularity can make the digestive villi dry, which can lead to the production of reactive mucous.

When there’s extreme mucus, bloating can appear besides typical stools (1 to 3 normal bowel motions everyday). Moreover, more regular bowel motions may appear and the stools might resemble diarrhea. In case you observe mucus in the stool, pay your doctor a visit because it may signify excess congestion in the villi.

If this happens, the delivery of great fats, excretion of toxic fats, the regular immune reaction, and the health of the digestive skin trigger obstruction of the process of disintegrating toxic substances. Normally, the neutralization of toxins taken in into the lymph is performed by immune-boosting white blood cells in over 500+ lymph nodules in the lymphatic system. Whenever there is excessive mucous, the toxins are driven back to the liver.

To prevent this from happening, there need to be a recognized harmony of the mucus membranes. Some other aspects, like: stress, processed food, coffee, soft beverages, food additives, and hyperacidity, may affect the intestinal villi.

Upkeep of appropriate health likewise needs a perfect flow of bile from our liver. The bile helps in absorbing fats and has the capability to work as an efficient immune system responder inside our digestion system.

Bile breaks down all of the toxic substances that are damaging to the body. If your diet contains large numbers of fiber, the large quantity of bile will be eliminated through stool. However, if your diet plan does not have fiber, 94% of the bile will be reabsorbed by the liver for recycling. Toxic materials will also be contained in this procedure. In such a situation, the liver can end up being overwhelmed as it is not anticipating the return of these toxic fat cells.

This can effect with blockage in the liver over the long-term. Furthermore, our bile can become very thick and sludge-like. This makes things harder for the bile to break down fat-soluble contaminants as a result of that it will not have the ability to resist the acids from belly that get in our little intestine. This will set off the mucous production, irritate the villi and cause blockage. As a consequence, the whole intestinal system will be affected.

In the case of a congestion of the biliary tubes in the liver with thick bile and toxic substances, the liver presses the fat-soluble toxins into the blood stream, and they look for their way into the fat cells in which they can store for several years, causing degeneration and oxidation (free radical damage).

Every part of the body, including the brain, could be the target of such toxins. It is becoming more common for the toxins to become neurotoxins and deposit in the fatty tissues of the brain, triggering intellectual problems and a host of health imbalances

It is important to detox our body throughout the fat metabolic process. The eradication of fat cells helps in further toxin removal. This can be accomplished by burning fat, reducing weight, improving the lifestyle, reducing stress and adding a healthy diet.

At times, one can not break and absorb good fats since the villi and lymph around the gut are blocked. Because of this, so many of us are diagnosed with wheat, dairy and soy allergies. Namely, these foods are massive, more difficult to digest, and are high-mucus-content foods.

The gluten can disturb the intestinal wall and boost the production of a lot more sensitive mucus if there is already excessive mucus in the stomach, and the gluten was not properly broken down in the stomach and upper villus.

Therefore, it can severely compromise the ability of the intestinal wall to serve as a health barrier for the body. It is not that difficult to have to reduce or even get rid of these foods for some period of time, but it is extremely hard to eliminate gluten and dairy products completely for the rest of your life.

In case you encounter periodic irregularity or loose stools, see mucus in your stools, it may be a sign that your detoxification and assimilation pathways are jeopardized, so you will have to avoid specific foods, or eat certain foods to maintain regular elimination.

Moreover, in case you feel that a massive or high-fat material meal just sits in your gut or you get sick or experience pain right after that meal, it is a signal that your bile flow is compromised and you are most likely keeping toxic fats.

Therefore, to address these problems, you have to follow specific rules and accept certain recommendations in order to help your body system combat these damaging impacts.

Ayurveda maintains that you need to sustain the health of the skin of the intestinal system, flush the lymph, and de-stagnate the bile and liver in the case of this kind of problems. There are many suggested ways to aid your body and cleanse it from toxic substances and other harmful chemicals that we are constantly subjected to.

Specifically, there are specific foods that are incredibly beneficial in detoxifying your liver and restore its appropriate function, including garlic, grapefruit, beets, carrots, green tea, green leafy vegetables, apples, olive oil, avocados, alternative grains, cruciferous vegetables, lemons, limes, walnuts, cabbage and turmeric.

This is among one of the most efficient ways to cleanse your liver and bile and restore their appropriate functionality:

– 3 lemons or a single large grapefruit

– 4 tbsp epsom salt

– Half cup of virgin olive oil

– Apple juice (you may also use malic acid supplements) – optional

4 to 5 days before starting the procedure, you must take as plenty of apples you can or drink apple juice. You might even use malic acid supplements. In the last two days, take 8 ounces of apple juice every 2 to 3 hours. This will help in making your cleansing process a success.

Throughout the first day of the therapy, begin with a light breakfast with no fats. This will help in the accumulation of bile in the liver, creating pressure. It will help in removing stones from the liver.

  1. At 2:00 PM, the exact same day, mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts in 3 cups of water, and put the mixture in a jar. Store the jar in the fridge to cool down. Do not drink or consume any foods after 2 PM.
  2. At 6:00 PM, drink 3/4 cup of the previously prepared mixture. Its taste may be unpleasant for you, so you can add 1/8 tablespoons of powdered Vitamin C to improve the flavor.

  4. At 9:45 PM, pour 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil into a jar. Squeeze the entire grapefruit into the mix, removing the pulp with a fork, or chopsticks. You should have 1/2 to 3/4 cups of grapefruit juice combined with the virgin olive oil the jar. Close the jar, and shake it very hard until it is all liquid.
  5. At 10 PM, drink this mixture. Try to consume the whole mixture in 5 minutes.

After this, lay down in bed. Lay on your right side, with your right knee up towards your chin for 20 minutes. Stay calm, and do not move at all, if possible. Attempt to sleep.

The next morning, when you wake up, drink a third dose of your 3/4 cup Epsom salts, and you can go to sleep again afterwards. Drink the last dose of the mixture with Epsom salts two hours later. Only after 2 more hours can you eat anything, but do not eat solid fruits yet. You can start with liquids, and move slowly to fruit.
