  • Two cups of peeled, chopped cucumber
  • Quarter of a cup of chopped red onion
  • Two tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Half a cup of tomato, previously cut into small pieces
  • Four and a half teaspoons of fresh, chopped cilantro
  • One chopped and seeded chili
  • One clove of chopped garlic
  • Quarter of a cup of Greek yogurt
  • Half a teaspoon of fresh lime juice
  • Quarter of a teaspoon of cumin
  • One and a half teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Quarter teaspoon of sea salt

How to prepare it:

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, and mix the other in another bowl. Then, mix the mixture from the first bowl with the mixture in the second and stir it well before covering it up.

It can now be served with whole grain toast. Enjoy your meal.
