It is about the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears.

Today we are going to focus on the points on the feet. One of these essential points is the so-called Tai Chong (LV3). It is located between the thumb from the leg and the second finger, right in the areas below the skin, where the fingers unite.

How to press this point?

Start by moving your finger in the space between two fingers, until the tip of the fingers. Now, focus on the point mentioned previously, apply pressure and finish with massaging it for three seconds. After that, rest for a period of five seconds.

Do the massage again for two minutes. You are supposed to rub the point in the opposite direction of clockwise.
The left foot corresponds to the left side of the body and all organs, and the right foot corresponds to the right side of the body and all organs.
