Canadian scientists have made a revolutionary discovery.
They found out that a herb can treat cancer naturally and destroy cancer cells in just 2 days. The study was conducted at the University of Windsor. The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of dandelion on cancer cells. An oncologist stated that the dandelion root lowers the risk of developing cancer.
Pamela Ovadje during her Ph.D. studies discovered the health benefits of this herb. She talked with an oncologist who told her that a patient was feeling much better after drinking dandelion root tea every day. So, this was the reason which initiated the research to see how other patients will respond to the treatment. They used the extract of the dandelion root to examine its cancer-fighting properties. After analyzing its effect on colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, and leukemia cells, they concluded that dandelion root has powerful anticancer properties and it doesn’t damage the healthy cells like chemotherapy.
Moreover, the study has confirmed the effectiveness of dandelion root in transplanted human cancerous cells in mice. In 2015, the dandelion root was approved for human trials. The treatment of leukemia and lymphoma still needs further analysis.
How does it work?
This extract induces apoptosis in the cancerous cells but it doesn’t damage the healthy cells. It can slow down cancer’s growth and prevent its spreading. Dandelion root extract can become one of the most effective treatments for this disease.
