1 cups sugar
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350, and grease and flour two 9” round cake pans.

Then, whisk the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, dark chocolate cocoa powder, and kosher salt in a larger bowl.

In another bowl, whisk the olive oil, avocados, water, vanilla extract, and white vinegar. Then, add sugar.

Pour the second mixture into the first bowl, mix all the ingredients well until you get a smooth batter.

Divide it evenly into the cake pans, and bake both for half an hour.

Leave the cakes to cool in the pans, and then add a layer of frosting on the first cake layer, and top with the second cake layer. Add the remaining frosting to the top of the cake.
