However, the former Japanese actor Miki Ryosuke, has another theory. He says that there is a cheaper and easier way to lose weight. According to his explanation, weight loss is all about breathing. Inhaling and exhaling exercises helped this man lose 28 lbs. and 5 inches in just 50 days. He is now a famous dieting guru.
Ryosuke discovered this technique by accident, while he was practicing breathing exercises to reduce his back pain. His technique is known as The ”Long Breath Diet,” which is described as exercising rather than actual dieting. This fast weight loss requires only two to five minutes a day, taking long deep breath and then exhaling while you contract all the muscles in your body. The Japanese star practically breathed away the excess fat and he shared his two-way technique with the world. As Ryosuke says, thanks to this exercise you will no longer need gym membership.
You can do this exercise in two ways.
Long Breath Diet Technique #1
While placing one foot in front of your body, tighten your buttocks. Make sure that 90 percent of your body weight is on the back foot. While staying in this position, inhale for three seconds, while lifting your arms over your head. While exhaling, keep your muscles contracted, by letting the air out for seven seconds. Repeat this procedure two to five minutes every day to see faster results of the breathing exercises.
Long Breath Diet Technique #2
Take an upright position and tighten your buttocks. Keep standing up straight and place one hand on your abdomen, and the other one on your lower back. In this position, inhale for 3 seconds and suck in your stomach. After that, exhale for seven seconds and continue to suck in your stomach with greater intensity. Repeat this technique two to five minutes a day, to see optimal results.
Deep Breathing and Weight Loss

The researchers concluded that the first group who did yoga and deep breathing exercises, lost an average body weight of 6 lbs. Moreover, they didn’t have daily caloric intake restrictions.

To be precise, fat is made up of oxygen, carbon and hydrogen. When you breathe oxygen, it reaches the fat molecules and breaks them down to carbon dioxide and water.
