Improve Your Blood Circulation In Less Than 20 Minutes

There are several medical causes of poor circulation.

Sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy diet, pregnancy, smoking, lack of physical activity, anxiety, diabetes, weight gain, high blood cholesterol and circulatory disorders are one of the major factors which cause poor blood circulation.

Poor blood circulation has become one of the most common health disorders as the number of people who have a sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy diet has been constantly increasing.

Poor blood circulation is associated with many other health problems. This condition affects your body’s ability to absorb nutrients. When blood doesn’t carry enough oxygen to your tissues, your arteries accumulate fat and they become narrowed, which leads to many health complications.

The following exercises will improve your blood circulation and make you feel better in a few minutes. In addition, they should be followed by a balanced diet.

Stretching

Medical experts advise you to stretch as soon as you wake up. Stretching increases blood flow to your muscles and boosts your energy. The best way to start your day is by this short but effective exercise.

Joint exercise

This exercise is also highly recommended. Follow these instructions: First, stand up and keep your feet flat on the ground. Then, stand on your toes and lift your heels at the same time. Stay in this position for 2-3 seconds. Your calf muscles should be tightened.

This exercise is very simple. First, sit on a chair. Then, rotate your foot clockwise. Repeat this move 10 times. After that, do the same exercise with your other foot. This so-called ”feet rotation” exercise is good for your blood circulation but it tones your leg muscles too.

Pushups
