How to lose up to 12 pounds in one week with an egg diet?

  • Breakfast – juice squeezed from one lemon and two boiled eggs
  • Lunch – one grapefruit and 150g of roasted fish
  • Dinner – Three hard boiled eggs

  • Lunch – one grapefruit and 200g of boiled beef
  • Dinner – 3 hard boiled eggs


  • Breakfast – three scrambled eggs with dill, parsley and onion
  • Lunch – seasonal salad and 150g of cooked chicken
  • Dinner – two oranges and a hard boiled egg


  • Breakfast – two hard boiled eggs, one tablespoon of sour cream and two carrots
  • Lunch – two freshly squeezed oranges and two carrots
  • Dinner – one boiled egg and 100g of boiled fish


  • Breakfast – one cup of freshly squeezed citrus juice and 150g of low-fat yogurt
  • Lunch – two grapefruits and two boiled eggs
  • Dinner – just water


  • Breakfast – half a grapefruit and two boiled eggs
  • Lunch – one orange and 200g of beef
  • Dinner – just water


This is a pretty restrictive diet. If you consider starting it, it is recommended that you consult with your doctor first. It is very important to drink much water during the diet. After you finish with the diet, continue to eat cheese, eggs, grapefruits and oranges. Do this until you return to your normal eating regimen.
