How to detox your body through your feet?

Our feet have energy zones that are connected to our organ systems, and through these energy zones we can detoxify our body.

Foot detox pads

This method is very simple, because all you have to do is put this foot detox pad before going to sleep. After waking up, remove the pads and if their color is dark, this means that you are free of toxins. These pads can be purchased in health stores.

Ionic foot bath

This bath will effectively remove the toxins from your body. It is based on electrolysis and it makes a chemical reaction with the help of electrical current.   1. Salt detox bath


  • One cup of sea salt

  • One cup of Epsom salt
  • Two cups of baking soda

Put all the ingredients in boiling water, wait for them to dissolve, and then add them in the tub filled with warm water and apple cider vinegar.

  1. Oxygen detox bath


  • One tablespoon of dried ginger powder
  • Two cups of hydrogen peroxide

Add the hydrogen peroxide and the dried ginger powder to a tub that was previously filled with hot water. Sit in the tub for half an hour. It will take care of your irritations and allergy problems and it will make you skin smoother at the same time.

  1. Clay detox bath


  • Your favorite essential oil
  • Half a cup of bentonite clay
  • Half a cup of Epsom salt

How to prepare it:

Add the essential oil and the Epsom salt in hot water and wait for them to dissolve. With the help of small amount of water to mix the clay. Please remember that you should not use metal while doing this step.
