How to cleanse smoker’s lungs?

It is a natural remedy, consisted of ginger, turmeric, and onion, ingredients that are widely known for their anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and anticancer properties. When combined together, they form a powerful mixture that will help you remove all the dangerous toxins from your lungs, and help you breathe again.

The recipe


  • A small, peeled ginger root
  • One kilogram of onions
  • 400 grams of honey
  • A tablespoon of turmeric
  • A liter of water

How to prepare it:

You will need to add the honey to the water and then boil this mixture. In the meantime, you will need to grate the ginger and then slice the onion into small pieces. When the mixture reaches its boiling point, you can add these ingredients into it, along with the turmeric, and then cook it on low heat. Leave the mixture on low heat until you notice that the amount of the mixture is reduced by half. Then, remove it from the heat, leave it to cool down, and strain it. After that, put the liquid in a glass jar and then store the jar in your fridge.

You will need to take two tablespoons of this remedy, twice a day, before your breakfast, and two hours before dinner. In just a few days, you will notice that you are feeling much better and that you can breathe as intended.
