Watermelon seeds 

The watermelon seeds contain cucurbocitrin, which widen your blood vessels and improve the function of your kidneys. They also have potent anti-inflammatory properties. 

According to a study, watermelon seeds can lower the pulse, because they have potent antioxidant and vasodilatory effects.
