Why some people need short naps throughout the day?
So far, taking afternoon naps have been considered as a sign of a health problem. In fact, afternoon naps are highly recommended, especially if you are physically active every day.

How to get a perfect nap?
- Don’t nap for too long. Make sure you set the alarm before you take a nap. It shouldn’t be longer than 30 minutes.
- Your room should be clean, quiet and dark so you won’t be disturbed.
- Choose a comfortable bed.
- Always use a blanket.
- Add honey and lemon to a glass of water. Drink this mixture before and after the nap.
Maintain a healthy balance between your body and mind by waking up at the same time every morning. If possible, go for a walk every morning.
