Egg Diet: How To Lose 5 Kilograms in a Week

Egg Diet Lose 5 Kilograms in a Week

This egg diet we are going to tell you about can help you lose 5 kilograms in a week. But before we tell you about the egg diet, there are couple of facts you need to know.

Eggs are a nutrient dense food. In 70 calories (which is the amount of calories in one large egg) there can be found around 13 essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin D, vitamin B12, phosphorus and riboflavin; it contains about 6 grams of high- quality protein and all nine essential amino acids including leucine, the muscle protein synthesis stimulator. In (around) 20 cents each, you can have a cheap and healthy egg diet.

The nutrition content of eggs doesn’t change because of the color or the grade of the egg, or even how they are raised. However, there can be found some genetically modified eggs, but they are hard to find and more expensive. And we don’t want you to have an expensive egg diet; eating regular eggs will work just fine in improving your look.

The only bad thing that comes from eggs is the egg allergy. However, if you are not allergic to eggs, you should try this egg diet, because it is proven that eggs cannot damage your system. Especially if you like to add more protein to your diet- eat the white and throw out the yolk because 60% of the proteins are consisted in the white. Eggs fit into the healthy dietary patterns recommended by public health organizations.

Nowadays, we often hear about the egg diet that famous and rich people do. There are many variations about correct usage of eggs and about how to have the best results. But it all comes to the fact that you should never eat eggs and nothing but eggs, because your organism needs complex feeding. So avoid the Egg only Diet, and choose one of these below.

The traditional egg diet is the most famous and widely used in the world of celebrities. It doesn’t make you look stupid and eat nothing but eggs, but it makes eggs the basis of your protein intake. Very similar to the Atkins diet, but yet very different, because this egg diet lets you decide what you will have for lunch or dinner. For breakfast, you should eat 2 or more eggs with low carbohydrate veggies and grapefruit. For lunch or dinner, you can choose between another serving of eggs or a small portion of lean protein (fish, chicken). Salads and low carb veggies are allowed as desired. You should avoid bread, pasta, pizza, potatoes, or any other carbohydrate food. Also, don’t go above one or two servings of fruits per day.

Little grapefruit will help you acquire all those things that eggs don’t have. So, combine eggs with grapefruit and have a great, fresh and healthy egg diet. Grapefruit is full of vitamins, such as vitamin C, vitamin B1, and fiber (eggs lack fiber), so make a great combination and “produce” a nutrition bomb and lose 5kg in a short period of time (maybe less than a week). You can always make “jumps” from the traditional to this egg diet, or the other way around, as long as you are happy.

Even though these diets can make you fitter and better looking in a short period of time, there are some things you should know before trying them out. First, although the eggs are a great source of protein, which is good for you, skipping other foods might come hard for your metabolism especially if you have heavy physical activities during the day. Your body needs the variety of foods and they are inevitable if you want to have a healthy weight management. Eating eggs during the day is boring, and boredom will reduce your ability to stick with the program. Eating a lot of eggs can give you bad breath or constipation.

If you choose to go with the egg diet, make sure you drink a lot of water during the whole day. You are allowed to drink black coffee, or black tea, but stay away from sodas, or alcohol. And stay away from sweeteners.
