These sugars can be difficult for the human body to break down. In order to help your body, you need to take enzymes. You can use Lactaid and Beano to treat your problem.

In order to reduce bloating and gas, you can also eat raw fruits that do not contain lots of sugar, like blackberries, apricots, cranberries, grapefruits, strawberries, watermelons, and blueberries.

  1. Exercise often

If you eat a meal that can cause you bloating or gas, it is recommended that you get up and go for a walk. When you move, you will be able to prevent the gas to move through your intestines, and it will prevent the explosion that can be extremely embarrassing.

By eating one teaspoon of yellow mustard, you can prevent your gas problem. You can take it in a combination with water so that you can swallow it easily. Mustard contains turmeric which can reduce the gas.
