How to prepare it?

Coconut Ice Cream – Recipe 


  • 4 large dates (pitted)
  • 2 cans of organic full-fat coconut milk
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch of sea salt

Preparation method:

First, leave the coconut milk cans overnight to chill. The next morning, add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Then, put the mixture in the fridge for 4 hours. After that, transfer the mixture from the fridge to the freezer to have that firm and creamy consistency. Make sure you remove it on every hour to whisk with a fork.
