How to cleanse your kidneys from toxic waste and kidney stones – recipe

There are many people that do not look enough after their kidneys, because they take them for granted.

The recipe


  • A bunch of organic fresh (you may also use dried) parsley leaves
  • Lemon juice (freshly squeezed from half a lemon)
  • 8 cups of filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons of organic, raw honey

How to prepare it:

You can start by washing and then copping the parsley leaves. Just make sure that the pieces that you chop-up are large enough. Then, boil the water, and when it reaches its boiling point, add the leaves and then lower the heat. Let it simmer for around ten minutes and then let it cool down.

You can enhance the taste of this tea, by adding one teaspoon of honey. You will need to drink this tea once or twice a day.
