Ingredients:

  • Half a spoon of ground turmeric
  • One teaspoon of raw honey
  • One cup of milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)
  • Crushed green cardamom pod (optional)

Warm the milk and then add the cardamom and the cinnamon. Then add the honey, pepper, turmeric and the coconut oil and stir while the mixture is on the heat. You just need to make sure that it doesn’t reach a boiling point. After you are done, just strain it and your drink is ready.
