You don’t have the time or the money to go to the gym, but you like to work out? Don’t worry, we have the answer you are looking for! Are you ready for fitness challenge?

Many people say that going to the gym is complicated for them. First, it is the time you need to work out. Then, who is going to take care of the kids while at the gym? And of course, gym membership can be expensive. But if you still have the motivation to work out, this is what you can do.

Find a place at home not very big, but big enough for you to move freely. Put on your working-out outfit and go running around your block. Warm up for 15-20 minutes, then come back to your home and start doing this incredible exercises to straighten up all your body muscles.

  1. Crunches – You can choose your favorite type of crunches. We recommend you change them so more than one muscle group is practiced at a time. Or even better, try working on your abs with more complex exercises. For example, bicycle crunches. Lie on your back, bend your knees and raise your legs above your hips. Try pushing your head and shoulders up, slowly helping with your hands behind your head. Move your left shoulder to your right leg, while extending your left leg, then go back to the first position. Now do the same thing with your right shoulder and left leg.
  2. Sit ups – Stand up in position with your legs parallel and close together. Raise your hands up to the line of your shoulders. Keep your torso straight and go down bending your knees. Then go up, lifting your hands above your head. Don’t forget to breath. Repeat up to 15 times.
  3.  Push-ups – Lie prone with your arms straight, palms flat on the floor, and arms shoulder- width apart. Hold your feet together and inhale and bend your elbows to bring your torso near the floor. Then push yourself back to the first position, exhaling as you complete the movement. Repeat 15 to 20 times.

All you need for these exercises is 30 minutes a day. You don’t need to practice every day, just 3-4 times a week. You will notice the results after a month or two. Have fun in your home gym.
