- Half a cup of fresh water
- A quarter cup of unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- One tablespoon of pure honey
- One tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- Fresh lemon juice (from one lemon)
How to prepare it:
You will need to boil the water and then pour it into a mug and then add the apple cider vinegar. Leave the mixture at room temperature for an hour, and then add cayenne pepper and the honey. Remember to stir the mixture, and in the end, add the lemon juice. Stir once more, and then drink this mixture after you wake up in the morning, on an empty stomach, and once again in the evening, before you go to sleep.
