Low levels of it can lead to weight gain, thyroid issues, and low energy. Individuals that are suffering from depression, have low levels of B2, which makes the prescription for antidepressants even more harmful.

Foods that contain B2 vitamin are spinach, almonds, sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms.
