An accidental oncologist discovery leads to the juice that can effectively kill cancer

A group of Canadian scientists has recently discovered that there is an effective herb that can naturally kill cancer, without causing side effects.

This amazing news comes from the University of Windsor, where the scientists have been carefully examining the effects that dandelion has on cancer since 2009. This is a project that started at the point when one of the oncologists discovered that there is a link between dandelion root tea, and lowering the risk of cancer.

Pamela Ovadje is a post-doctoral candidate at the University, and she was the one that found the benefits of dandelion root. According to her, an oncologist that worked with them suggested that there was a magnificent improvement in one of their patients, and they praised dandelion root for that.

After that, she and her team began investigating this tea, in order to see how many patients will respond to it. She also says that since they began their project, she and her team were able to use dandelion root extract to many types of cancers in the lab. They have observed its effectiveness against colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, leukemia cells and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia. They have discovered that the dandelion root has a very strong effect on these conditions, it is able to kill the cancerous cells, without damaging the healthy ones. What is more, the studies have backed this up, in their experiments on mice.

Dandelion root extract has been approved for human trials since three years ago (2015), and it is currently in the first phase of research for the treatment of leukemia and lymphoma. According to Dr. Sciarra Pandi, who is a biochemist at the University, this extract is one of the most effective natural remedies against this terrible disease.

How does it work?

Dandelion root extract works by inducing apoptosis in the cancerous cells. In simpler words, it will make the cancerous cells kill themselves, without ever, in any way damaging the healthy cells that are around them. Even though this is a still work in process, it has already shown a lot of potential, and it could serve as a base for many future treatments.
