But, no one considers that these units are not safe for our overall health. Most of the time, we take them for granted and do not think much about them and the negativities that they can bring, especially when it comes to our health.

According to the experts, overexposure to air-conditioned air will make you lazy and lethargic, and that is the reason why they recommend that you spend at least three or four hours outside every day.
