A Teenage Girl Used Marijuana to Treat Leukemia

The latest study has shown that the oral use of cannabis in the form of ”hemp oil” can be a natural remedy in curing leukemia.

It turns out that cannabis can treat various cancer types.

After a young teenage girl was diagnosed with lymphoblastic leukemia and Philadelphia chromosome mutation, she became a case study.

She was given regular acute and aggressive chemotherapy treatments and received bone marrow transplants. The results of these treatments were not encouraging, so her parents decided to look for other options. After a while, hemp oil was introduced to them as a potential cure for this disease.

This cure was their last hope, so having no other alternative they decided to test the effects of hemp oil.

The treatment was observed by two doctors from Toronto, Yadvinder Singh, MD, and Chamandeep Bali, ND.

The results shocked both the young girl and her parents. Hemp oil significantly improved her condition, as it decreased the numbers of immature or abnormal leukocytes.

Unfortunately, the young girl died, but it was stated that her death was a result of the invasive chemotherapy procedure, which had an extremely damaging effect on her body.

As for the hemp oil, it had no side effects on the patient’s health and the cannabinoids only controlled the blast cell counts.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effectiveness of cannabis when it comes to treating cancer. The medicinal properties of this herb need to be further analyzed, but one more time it has been stated that it has anti-cancer potential. In the end, one thing is for sure that cannabis leaves no side effects and is completely safe.
