7-Day Cucumber Diet to Lose Weight Effectively

Many people try different diets when they want to lose weight. But, the truth is that not every diet is suitable for everyone.

Also, an important part of losing weight is being physically active. The following cucumber diet has been proven effective many times so far. It is based on eating cucumbers every day and working out.

Cucumbers hydrate your body, boost your metabolism, improve your digestion, and prevent fat accumulation. Also, this vegetable has powerful cleansing properties. It cleanses your skin and makes you look younger.

The breakfast consists of consuming low-fat foods which don’t contain sugar. Also, consume 200 grams of sliced cucumbers. You can also eat 2 peaches or one apple.

The lunch consists of a plate of cucumbers and a slice of dried bread.

You can also eat 2 boiled or baked potatoes. Eat fruits as a snack. Drink a tea.

Another lunch option:

  • 3 slices of whole wheat bread or 2 potatoes
  • 150 grams tuna or 2 eggs
  • a cucumber

Cucumber shake 

Consume this shake between meals.

Ingredients:

  • A handful of spinach
  • 20 grams of almonds and walnuts
  • 1 apple
  • some ginger
  • 1 cucumber

Add the apple, cucumber, and spinach in a blender. You don’t have to peel the ingredients. Shake the ingredients well. Then, add the ginger. Mix the ingredients again. Once the ingredients are well combined, your drink is ready. Add some almonds and walnuts and drink it right away. In this way, your body will absorb all the necessary nutrients.

This shake is a rich source of magnesium, fiber, iron, and vitamins such as vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin B, and vitamin E.

For dinner, eat 300 g of any fruit you like. You can also eat a salad.

For optimal results 

If you want to achieve optimal results for under 7 days, the diet is much more rigorous.

Breakfast: 200 grams of cucumber and fruit

Lunch: Cucumber dish combined with a little bit of dried bread

Dinner: A salad
