    It’s so hard to lose weight after a certain age. I’ll never forget going back home to California (I live in SC now), I went to my favorite restaurant and went up to a waiter I’ve known many years and said “hey, got my table ready?” He just looked at me with confusion and then asked “Stella?” I wanted to cry!

    I had been following a friend on FB for awhile watching her transform, losing weight. I’ve tried diet pills (they work but I don’t like the jitters or uneasy feeling I get from them) plus, they are not the best thing to take if you are overweight with high blood pressure.

    Moving forward- I lost 25 pounds, started feeling great and had a family tragedy. I lost tons of sleep, ate whatever due to depression and ended up gaining 45 pounds! (stress eater)
