Pineapple Diet to Lose 5 Kg in 3 Days


Losing weight can sometimes be a real struggle, especially if you want to speed up that process.

There are many weight-loss plans that promise positive results in no time, but they are not suitable for everyone. Also, many of them are not designed for healthy weight loss.

This pineapple diet doesn’t exhaust your body. What is more important, this diet is a great detox plan. Pineapple is a tropical fruit with a delicious taste. It is a rich source of vitamin C and folic acid, and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and iodine. Additionally, this tropical fruit acts like a natural diuretic and regenerates your body.

Pineapple diet 

Follow the diet no longer than 3 days, because your organism needs other necessary nutrients from other foods as well.

Instructions:

Breakfast 

Two slices of pineapple and one slice of bread. By midmorning, drink a glass of natural, homemade pineapple juice. Boil the pineapple for 20 minutes. Then, let it sit. Strain it. Your drink is ready.

Lunch 

For lunch, eat 200 grams of chicken breast ,seasoned with a little mustard. Add a few pinches of salt.

Dessert: Three slices of pineapple.

Snack: Non-fat yogurt

Dinner 

Eat a vegetable puree, with carrot, leek and asparagus. You can add lettuce salad and a little chicken.

Dessert: Three slices of pineapple.

If you like, you can substitute the chicken with fish. Follow this menu for all three days.

Don’t do intense exercises during these 3 days, because you will not have the necessary energy.

Note: After you finish this diet, you should continue with healthy diet, if you want to keep your weight in check.
