Just add 1 teaspoon of this coconut oil mixture to your morning coffee to boost weight loss and burn calories


There are some people that are genuinely disgusted by the thought of adding oil in their cup of coffee.

A lot of people would opt for non-fat coffee alternative like French Vanilla coffee, but they don’t know, or tend to forget the fact that one of the ingredients of this coffee is palm oil. In this article, we will try to convince you to stop counting the calories and instead, to try and improve your overall health.

The addition of coconut oil to your cup of coffee, will not increase your weight, because it will boost your metabolism, and will help you burn more calories.

This oil is packed with medium-chain fatty acids. These acids are different from the acids that are found in other oils. Researchers explain that one teaspoon of medium chain fat can boost the energy expenditure in the human body by 5%.

Also, it will not cool down your coffee, and it creates healthy and delicious drink. You can even sweeten and enrich the taste of it with some honey, cinnamon or vanilla.

This coffee is a combination of 1-2 tbsp. of XCT (brain octane) which is 18 times stronger than coconut oil, 1-2 cups of coffee and 1-2 tbsp. of grass-fed butter, mixed together in a blender. This coffee does not contain GMOs, sugar, and it is gluten free. Grass-fed butter raises the level of the good cholesterol, and significantly decreases the risk of heart disease.

It is packed with vitamin K2. This vitamin lowers the risk of osteoporosis and greatly supports the health of the bones.

The other ingredient is Brain Octane (XCT). This ingredient is distilled from coconut oil, which makes it very rich in lauric acid. The lauric acid is known for its antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. It can improve the cognitive performance and can effectively energize the mind and body.

Coconut oil coffee creamer

Ingredients:

  • One teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ of a cup of organic coconut oil
  • One teaspoon of organic cinnamon powder
  • Half a cup of raw honey
  • One tablespoon of organic cocoa powder (this ingredient is optional)

How to prepare it:

You will need to mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk them together until the mixture becomes homogenous. Then, transfer this mixture in a glass jar and seal it tightly.

How to use it:

Brew two cups of your favorite (organic) coffee. While your drink is still hot, add one to two tablespoons of the previously prepared mixture in it. Then put this mixture in a blender, and blend it for 5 seconds. You can then enjoy your drink.
